The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary occupies a campus in Louisville, Kentucky, as a private, moderately selective institution with a focus on religious education and ministry. This very small school provides a theological environment in an urban setting for students seeking a lower-cost path toward pastoral leadership and christian service. While the seminary offers specialized divinity programs, students should note the below-average graduation outcomes.
